The Junior College Admission Process is done in following parts:

• Student is Allotted Dhole Patil Junior College of Arts, Commerce & Science for XI Arts Commerce & Science stream through Centralized Online Admission Process.
• Student first confirms the allotted admission online.
• Student then Fills up College Admission Form online and complete the admission formalities.

Part I: Allotment and Confirmation of Admission through Centralized Online Admission Process

Students who are Allotted Dhole Patil Junior College of Arts, Commerce & Science through Centralized Online Admission Process to Arts, Commerce & Science stream and wish to confirm their admission should note the following:

1. Student should click “Proceed For Admission” through his/her login on the Centralized Online Admission Portal
2. Student must Confirm his/her admission by contacting the admission in-charge of std XI in due time and obtain Admission Letter
3. Student after obtaining Admission Letter will fill up online college admission form to complete the admission process

Part II: Filling up College Admission Form

Students who have Obtained Admission Letter have to fill up college admission form to complete the admission formalities

1. Visit the college  to fill admission form for Std XI Arts, Commerce & Science depending upon the type of course you have been admitted to through the std XI Centralized Online Admission Process.
2. Pay charges for Brochure to fill the form.
3. Students are expected to fill the admission form completely and carry necessary documents.
4. The Required documents to be uploaded are:

• 10th /11th Original Marksheet
• 10th /11th Leaving Certificate
• Migration Certificate (CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, IB, OTHER BOARD)
• Domicile Certificate
• Income Certificate
• Gap Certificate
• Caste Certificate
• Caste Validity Certificate 
• Non-Cremelayer Certificate (OBC, NT, VJNT, SBC).
• Students & Parents Adhar card Xerox.
• Parents Pancard Xerox.
• 4 Photographs.

Steps After Alloting CAP Seats in Dhole Patil Junior College of Arts, COmmerce and Science

1. Students from other Boards (except SSC State Board) should also carry their Original copy of Migration Certificate to start their Eligibility Process.
2. Go to student section table and get your document corrected.
3. Fees are to be paid in College Account Section Only.
4. After paying fees go to college login table and get your Admission Confirmed.
5. Submit your document to administrative officer after duly signature of the Principal.
6. Students must keep checking the college Notice Board/Website for timely updates regarding admission procedure.
